Galaxies are not just distributed at random in the universe. Instead they are building irregular networks of lines and surfaces in space. One finds them also often in groups and clusters, the largest of them contain as many as thousand galaxies. And even galaxy clusters may be combined in "super-clusters".

How did these structures evolve ?
