Einstein’s Friend Talmey
In 1889, Einstein makes the acquaintance of the medical student Max Talmey. In the following years, he discusses with him works of mathematics and popular science.

When Talmey can no longer follow the mathematical acrobatics of the thirteen-year-old Einstein, they devote themselves to Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason.
