All Objects Fall the Same Way

The inertial mass is a measure how much resistance an object exhibits if an external force is acting on it. The gravitational mass determines the weight of an object due to the gravitational field.

The fact that both masses are the same is known since long. As a consequence of this so called weak equivalence in a vacuum all objects are falling with the same speed, irrespective of their material properties.
