After 1935, Einstein holds the view that quantum mechanics is incomplete. He becomes an outsider amongst his colleagues, the majority of who accept quantum mechanics as the new principle of physics. In this work from 1948, Einstein justifies his position with a simplified version of the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen argument.
